I agree. It doesn't take much to run a system nowadays, especially if you don't play graphics intensive games (or even play games at all). I'm running a Thinkpad T400 right now where I'm posting this from and it does 99% of the stuff that I wanted to do. For the other 1%, I have a desktop running a 2nd gen i5 with an RX 460 and it seems to be quite alright. Writing this made me remember the time when I was a kid and the only thing that I used was this office issued laptop of my mother which had 256MB RAM and 80 GB disk space. I can't even remember the processor of that thing, but I wished and wished that I had a more powerful system to play games with. But now, I have a decent computer that does all the things that I want to do and I realize that you don't always need a powerful system, just a system that works for you. .... You want to delete me right? Yeah, you sure do. You slut. --- MultiMail/FreeBSD v0.52 þ Synchronet þ Vertrauen þ Home of Synchronet þ [vert/cvs/bbs].synchro.net .
