Well, I know they make an 8bit-USB plug but I think most people use an Amazon
knock off; you can order an exact look alike of an NES, SNES, N64 controller
on the cheap... 

I use xbox 360 controllers, with a wireless USB connector I bought on
Amazon... I had 4 of them so it just made sense.
