yeah that's the problem, I only live with my wife so it's either 2 player games
or games which can be played over some sort of video chat.

So for us that's been forgotten waters, automobiles, animal upon animal, galaxy
trucker, and evolution. the latter two kind of count as even though I own the
actual games we've been playing them multiplayer over the phone version to
include our friends, although 2 friends annoyingly don't have a phone so we
generally go back to forgotten waters to include everyone.

It's only in the past year that I've really had to discover the 2-player modes
of the games i have, and some of the 2-player variant rules are really just
downright hacky at best, just to get that 2-p icon on the box
