My friend in highschool does tri's all the time. I haven't run seriously since
probably about 1994... In fact i don't think i could even run a mile now
without having a grabber.

Its funny when i started running with the distance guys to sub in/out for thei
r 4x400 team, they tried to get me to go sub 50s but i HATED the 400 and 52 was
the best I could put out. However the football team worked out near the track
and their coach got wind of my 100 and 200 times/splits and asked me if I
wanted to play rb. I always liked football better than anything but wussed out
and stayed with track despite pulling a 4.6 40 on my first try.
