I don't think we have. I don't do as much phone on HF as I should.
COVID-related suboptimal station setup is my excuse. And by that, I mean I got
my license during COVID and haven't yet ever had an experienced HAM around to
tell me just how fubar my set up actually is. High noise floor. High tech house
with LED everything (including the reef tank a few feet from me), rack full of
server gear and a massive UPS on the other side of the wall. A few ferrites
aren't quite enough for this job. Still, on occasion I manage a HF QSO that
isn't old mate over the back fence who I've listened to while connected to a
dummy load. 
If you do SSTV on 40m, you might have seen me about though. I do that from time
to time if the conditions look like I have a hope of making it out of VK3.
