The "Ghost Parts" BAN, AB 2382, is one step closer to the Governor's desk.

This bill uses intentionally vague terminology to strictly regulate most gun
parts and accessories, including 80% lower receivers and magazines. 

Even more ridiculous, the author of the bill, Asm. Mike Gipson (D-Carson),
stated his justification that these gun parts "are weapons of mass
destruction!" 

Although the bill seems to be moving along at a quick pace, there is still
hope as the battle has only just begun.
