 I checked online and to transfer a pistol the buyer and I would need to
 fill out paperwork which includes background investigations at the
 Sherrif's office or at a licensed FFL dealer.

 Wow! I looked at the purple accented U22, but opted for black instead.

 I would most likely sell the carbine kit with the U22.
