behind the 'stars' are where the publicists sit.
those people hashed it out.  i heard they coudnt come to an agreement.
but i heard the top 2 people who were not there said to have him leave.

then it was announced that he was asked to leave and would not.
the other day tmz says they have an insider who said that didn't happen.
