i just saw that will smith refused to leave when told to leave the award show.
they are doing starting some precedings against him in the academy. they say
they wont take away his award but they can stop him from going to the awards  shows or kick him out of the academy.

also chris rock doesn't have to press charges.  the district attorney can press charges anyways.  maybe it would be good if he got probation and got anger managment courses
