My ISP provider is known as a vampire of wallets, but they happen to offer the
best service in absolute terms: better coverage, their network is not
duct-taped... you get the idea. So I tolerate the cut-off crap. I never hit the
limit anyway.

2 GB is easy to achieve since the only thing I do from that connection is POS
stuff and BBSing.
