In this instance, I am not sure if Joe and Kamala sent them.  It sounds
like the mayor is convinced that some companies are behind it that are
receiving FEMA money for relocating them.  Now, did Kamala brag about
getting Temporary Protective Status for these Haitian immigrants?  Yes.  Is
FEMA handing out the money as a part of their administration?  Yes.
