I have lived in Tucumcari for, on and off, 25 years and I have only been to the
Blue Swallow office once to do some work for the lady who owned it for so many
years.  She never changed the price after she paid it off in the 1950's and it
was still $29/night back then, though I think plenty of people took pictures,
not too many folks actually stayed the night back then - not just retro but
still decorated last in the 50s!  I don't know if more recent owners did
upgrades or not.

I just was a bit more inspired by people like Reagan than I am today in
American Leadership. I like Trump as the successful man that is working to
serve our country, he certainly isn't doing it for the money - it would be far
easier just to go back to being a real estate tycoon and enjoy himself, but he
is fighting like a champion. I like that.

A seemingly growing number of Americans would like to abolish the Constitution
and install something more socialistic. It would certainly be easier, but I am
not a fan of breadlines and authorities getting into my affairs "for the good
of society".  Liberty is rougher but I prefer it.
