It's flat out racist. I can't tollerate racism in the workplace. it's bad for everyone. I worked at a place that was like a 1950's timewarp and had many issues with racism. They were even sued for it and I got in trouble for complaining about them not hiring good people of color in certain departments. Their solution would be to get a handful of unworthy blacks and give them a push into a high paying office job.
