The Left has been creating and maintaining urban plantations for a while now.

Hispanic culture is partly at fault.  But for the kids to grow they need good
education (which the Left and their fathers don't want) plus business
opportunities - which the Left keeps down.

It's hard to be upward mobile when the Left keeps you down.
