I also work from home 4 days a week currently.  Work is roughly a 10-mile
roundtrip.  The difference may be that I don't buy SUVs or big trucks. :)
I know some people, for whatever reason, do need them but I don't have a
big family or reason to haul a lot of people/stuff around so I usually
don't.

There are some places I go when I am on vacation where it would be nice to
at least have a car with AWD and/or better ground clearance, though!
