He is an idiot, but he probably knows that some of his followers will
indeed eat that up.  Although I hope not, if the Democrats manage to hang
on to Congress, are the results still "questionable"?

They'd better do something.  Doing nothing won't get them elected to begin
with... although I also said that about Joe Biden and look what happened.

For the life of me I cannot figure out why they have not.  It is like they
*want* to add crap to a bill each time, knowing that either the other side
will have to vote "yes" to get the good parts, or knowing that there is no
way the other side will vote for them to begin with.
