I cannot disagree with any of that.  The only downside to term limits I can
see would be if your area lucks out and you actually get a GOOD
congressperson.  :)

My state rep, who is still not that old yet, has been in office most of the
20+ years I have lived here.  He actually listens and I like him, even
though he is from the party I am not registered with.  So I do have an
example of an area getting lucky in that regard.  :)
