I have not kept up, but I did see the testimony of that one survivor, the
prosecution's star witness.  Once he admitted that Kyle was not pointing a
gun at him until he pointed a gun at Kyle, the prosecution was toast.

If he does not go free, there is some real messed up stuff going on.
