Actually the distribution is on Friday 0:02, but the Z39 segment creation takes
 place on Thursday 0:02 (my local time). That's a remnant from when AmigaNet
still had 3 zones.

But just send in your segment whenever there is a change. With such a small
segment there probably isn't a need to automate it that much...
