No. Some kludge lines contain vital information. I purposely left the 2 on your
 message in the quotes above.
For exampel the MSGID is important, and plays a role in dupe detection. The PID
 is there just for informational purposes, and could be considered a REMark.
And the CHRS kludge is more than a remark too. Because it contains information
the displaying editor/viewer can use to display the message correctly.

By "fidonet", I meant FTN (Fidonet Technology Networks). But I think that
wouldn't change your answer. ;)
