        So, over 8 years ago I place RoF up on Telnet.  I started the game
Empire and it has been going on now for over 8 years.  No one has been crowned
Emperor.  So, come on over and end this ever lasting game!  It supports both 40
 and 80 columns, ASCII, ANSI and Skypix graphics.   Its a Classic game just
waiting for a winner.  So who will it be?
