Subj : FS-UAE and Picasso IV roms

I amd using FS-UAE as I like to always have access to my Amiga from my laptop. 
 I have installed OS4.1 but I have aweful AGA graphics.  I am looking for a
working Picassio IV rom.  All the ones I have found don't work.  Does anyone
have or know where I can find this working rom?
