Just wondering what this will do. Trying to have this client auto-detect and post with the same charset, but at the moment it might translate the above to UTF-8. If it does, I have work to do. If it doesn't and sends it out as CP437 I may be on to something here.

Then again, most people probably don't pay attention to this echo anyways. :)
