If they are socializing with others outside their household while doing it,
I agree.  I get out and walk, but I still social distance... a lot of folks
here walk on the wrong side of the road, so I am even fighting my instincts
(to walk facing traffic) and switching side of the road when I see them
coming.

I think it is important to still be outside and still get physical
activity, just so long as you stay away from others!  I have seen people
not doing that.  Louisville, one of the two nearby towns with TV stations,
has closed their park playgrounds and other gathering areas because they
were having issues with people still gathering in groups.
