A lot of governors, mine included, are not forcing anything. Our's specifically 
stated in his speech the whole "Stay at home" stuff, then that public parks 
would remain open, and that as long as you follow social distancing he actually 
recommends taking a walk and getting out of the house. Like seriously, how 
fucking confusing can he make it?
