It's pretty crazy. Pretty much all of the tech companies have enforced WFH,
and a lot of the other big companies have or at least have given the option
now. All of the local schools are closed. A lot of restaurants, bars, and
other service driven businesses are really suffering, and some have already
closed down or at least had to let people go. A lot of them have reduced
hours, or have switched to delivery only. Almost every event is cancelled or
postponed. Of course, as mentioned, grocery delivery services are super
backed up, store shelves have been stripped of certain items (beyond the now
totally memerific toilet paper crazy, I couldn't find any of the frozen
veggies I needed for a specific recipe yesterday.) On the plus side, if you do
decide to go somewhere the traffic is a lot better and places tend to be less
busy, so there's nice?

My girlfriend has been working for home for weeks now, I'm going to start, at
least some days, starting tomorrow.

Yeah, it's definitely pretty weird. I'd imagine it was worse in Seattle than
most places in the country, but from what I'm hearing it's similar all over.
