The Sun came out here this afternoon so I went for a walk.  There was a
younger person (not sure if it was a kid or a short adult) walking a dog,
about 20-30 yards ahead of me.  I never got closer than that but, at some
point, the dog stopped, they both looked back at me (they had been off and
on for a couple of blocks) and they both took off running.

With my sense of humor I was half-way tempted to take off after them! :D

That, so far, as been the extent of creepiness.
