We're only closed for 2 weeks (for now). Kids are up and running on Google 
Classroom for the time being. There are no confirmed cases in either school, 
but they're closed out of caution and to keep the kids away from each other. 
We're going to be spending lots of time outdoors, as soon as this untimely 
rain storm passes.

My wife's company is closing their office to non-essential personnel. My 
company has "strongly encouraged" people to work from home, both for 2 
weeks.

I feel for you - my wife had to explain to the facilities people that they'd 
need to come in, as her employer is a public site.

Yeah, we stocked up on food and supplies this weekend, hoping not to have to 
go to the store for at least a week. We bought 4 rolls of toilet paper, not 
128.

Stores were errily quiet, it's like shopping before a hurricane. No toilet 
paper, canned soup or hand sanitizer. Lots of bar soap and liquid soap, 
however.

I've got a Christmas present waiting for me - a bottle of Old Potrero, a 
18th century style rye whisky from the Anchor Distillery in San Francisco.
