Now that I can see it: The VMRC, when you chose the drop down "console" and
then "Launch Remote Console", but unless you downloaded that some time ago
and installed it, your out of luck now (The link dosn't work any more).

7 cores full time, and then the non 24/7 vm's, add 9 more cores. (2 have 4
cpu's assigned, the next only has 1) #-)
