Yeah, small things like that are a dead giveaway. However, I guess anyone that wasn't planning on modding/hacking it and didn't know any better, would probably be fine with it.. thinking they got what they paid for.

That's crazy. Apparently, they allow knock-offs to be sold, as long as they're in working condition.

I doubt the buyer refunded the money. eBay probably did and they didn't know any better.
