You guys were all doing it wrong. The way to call LD BBSs was to take a valid credit card #, punch it into a credit card generator program, then use and abuse the shit out of all the credit card numbers it gives you, one at a time, until all the cards on the list are maxed out.

At least, that's what I heard ;)
