If you have your own domain, you can use Cloudflare as your dynamic DNS. If you were using Cloudflare for your services already, this is a great way to add Dynamic DNS while keeping your services with them.

Although, now that I think of it, some domain registrars offer free DDNS service with your domain. Namecheap, the one I use, does so. 

I know freenom used to offer free domains in .tk, don't know if they do anymore.
