Are you sure you zeroed them out with no spaces including the point number? Do you have a 0:0/0 address set as your primary address?

I am not able to reproduce any issue so far, so there must be something else we're missing.  I still had my old SciNet address in my list so I zeroed it out quick for a test, and it properly removes it during BINKP as expected:
