Subj : Mystic BBS connection problem

I installed Mystic BBS on a windows 7 computer and went through all the
configurations but I'm unable to telnet to the BBS even on the host computer.
At first I thought I did something wrong with the port forwarding but
everything check out fine with that. So, I installed WWIV BBS and I'm able to
login through telnet on the host computer and from other computers on my
network. Am i missing some configuration setting or something? I'm at a loss.
I researched the hell out of this on google with no luck. Any help would be
appreciated!  Oh, WWIV is installed on the same computer as Mystic.
