Has anything changed on the MRC network that would prevent the Synchronet client that echicken wrote from working? 

The client is set to connect to mrc.bottomlessabyss.net:5000, and it times out when I try with the mrc-connector script or telnetting directly.

I downloaded the MRC client from Github and server.lst only lists tbbs.homeip.net:5000.

It was working fine a few weeks ago, wondering if something has changed?
