It's still mostly the same around here, but better broadband availability is
one of the perks I have living so close to downtown so I decided to take
advantage of it. Towns outside of the city, or even other parts of the city,
aren't so lucky. I *was* paying $60 for 400mb down (that got bumped up to
500) ~15 up from Comcast until then, and even that was more than what a lot
of people could get.
