It wasn't in the plans for the near future, but...

Some of the stuff I want to do soon *is* pretty big, and might be better off
for a 1.13 version now that I am thinking about it.  I suppose I could work on
just getting MIS converged into MIS2 and then release 1.12.

As far as getting 1.11 by mistake, I wonder if they get it from the website? 
The site has 1.12 listed first and says that it is the recommended version to
use.

I can also understand some people may just wish to use the latest version
marked stable though.
