Yea.. There will be "emergency sysop paging" and a blacklist in this release.
The emergency paging is for if you are hit by a school bus in front of the
SysOP's house and you need to page him to come out and perform CPR on your
ass.

The blacklist is for black listing users who page constantly with reckless
abandon and you can't take it anymore.
