Also, since I don't remember if this was ever addressed.. does either of them 
allow for non-setup binkp connections? For example, if you didn't have me or my 
node number(s) setup in your config, would I be able to make a successful binkp 
connection to you and say even send you netmail?

I only ask because there was one point where it (MIS?) wouldn't accept 
connections from people not setup in Mystic's config.
