No worries, you'll get it all figured out again in no time. For instance, 
here's one bit of advice.. Try "/q" without quotes on a single line to quote 
the text you're replying to.

BBSs are a little more manual, where a threaded web page would probably 
automatically quote the text for you, here you sometimes have to invoke it 
yourself.
