FOR all mankind, level 2 BASIC starts

With the new addition of the FOR/NEXT loop, instead of INC/GOTO,
it gets a lot easier to build larger programs in TinyBasicWeb.

And I'm feeling more like adding the rest of Level 2 features,
some of which will greatly increase its power.

The filesystem model I laid out in the spec may change some, I'm
considering a per-user space (one dir level) and then a common area,
instead of locking. That gets into needing authentication, so still
pondering it.

I'll finish GOBLINS.BAS, then ELIZA.BAS! and have another adventure
after that.

In non-BASIC news, I have a complicated lifestyle right now but I'm
committed to getting more of the Cyberhole done this year. I want it
to be your first stop for hole-related cybering!
