In our area some oane are also very fond of fried potatoes with fried onions and a little meat gravy, but no cheese. It is quite edible. This dish has no special name. Not often found in Crimea. It is rather typical for Ukrainian cooking.

It's a pity, but yesterday my doctor explained to me in great detail why I will never be able to try poutine. :(
