Was there actually a duplicate? :-) You can't prevent dupes, but you can deal with them in different ways once they've been detected: keep or kill them, rather than passing them on to other links. What setting do you have for: FESetup->System->Parameters->Duperecords? I left mine set at the 5000 value. (It only uses 20k in a data file.) What have you got for: FESetup->System->Advanced Options->Kill duplicates? Mine is set for 'No'. Have you defined a DupeMail area? If you do have one, you'll be able to check out the reason for the error netmail from the SCAN, and fix it one way or t'other. You're not using the NODUPES 'flag' on the 'FE' environment variable, hey?
