@Shadowman311 medical assisted suicide should be the #1 cause of death -- that would be ideal. Only having people die when they choose to is a perfect ideal of human longevity that we are nowhere near -- more likely right now the people dying from MAID are dying *because they have terminal cancer or other illness making life nothing but pain*. Ie go relisten to @Ovpod 's MAID episodes

@Shadowman311 and you're goddamn right i'm going to promote single-payer public healthcare in every chance I'm given. It is an absolute travesty that the US hasn't figured out how to get set up with that yet - the NHS for all of its problems still keeps the poorest brits alive longer than the richest americans.
