Your shells have a percentage of cellulose added for shelf stability. Go to the east side of town. Find mexican/Hispanic supermarket. Get the fresh tortillas. For hard shells fry them folded over a spatula for a minute a side. Let cool.You panfry/freeze some roll your taquitos too. Just toothpick them closed and remove it when done
