       @WandererUber sweet potato skins absorb tons of minerals from the surrounding soil that modern diets are frequently deficient in, like manganese and copper. Stuff you don't need a ton of but do on some level need. Whenever I'm eating badly I make it a point to eat a whole sweet potato at some point. Normal orange and Asian purple have both worked for meI did this yesterday and I woke up before my 3 am alarm feeling way more energetic than normal

One or two guys with shotguns can clear the map. I tend not to bother with any of their loot though, it's not worth it compared to queen ginting
