       AI is great at cleaning up your writing and tightening things up, but that's exactly what I hate about it. The roughness around the edges is the seasoning... Even if you ask AI to keep things witty, the flavor profile is somehow flattened. I suggest editing on your own and then leaving well enough alone.

       I once sort of had a professional edit my resume, and it was horrible. All of my subtle personality cues were completely removed. Sure, it was cleaned up and tidy, but it was completely beige and ordinary.
