Maybe I misinterpreted but your posts seemed to have that intention. Anyway, to be clear I don't think or subscribe to the view that Jews can only do finance and not have the background this guy had, but even given that, is it more probable that the guy was White as White are statistically more likely to have his kind of background, given their innate tendencies and preferences.
