        ***OCC DOWN***: The occ lab went offline and without grid power 
                        around 4:00 PM.  The network went down, but various 
                        lab and network devices remained running on backup 
                        power and were shutdown gracefully.
                        Unfortunately, the Ultra 10 was _not_ on backup 
                        battery power and experienced a hard shutdown.
                        The eeePC had some battery capacity which gave me 
                        enough time for proper shutdown.
        ***ALL CLEAR***: Power was restored around 5:48 PM.  Old Computers 
                         have been started and service has been restored
