       I'm over at the mall on Friday night, eating a fast food fried 
       chicken sammich for dinner.  Hot day today and it is still quite warm
       even though the sun has set.  I gotta do some walking after this.  My
       physical activity has been low lately and I'm noticing some 
       consequences creeping in.  Hopefully nobody is home when i get home 
       so I can practice my guitar real loud and drive away the demons of 
       the current work week.  Fo'reals.
       
       This week has been draining since I was in training and my mind has 
       been straining to make sense of it all.  Extensions, distractions, 
       colliding work factions, my place at the base, in the face of 
       disgrace.
